Intended use | Acid-resistant Mycobacterium Fluorescent Staining Solution consists of alkaline compound red, alcohol, carbolic acid, Auramine O, hydrochloric acid, methylene blue, potassium hydroxide, and deionised water.It is mainly used for antacid fluorescence staining of Mycobacterium, Nocardia and other bacteria. Features: High specificity, the stained acid- resistant bacteria are bright orange or yellow-green rodshaped and slightly curved, while the background is black, the contrast is obvious, which is convenient to quickly find out the acid-resistant bacteria. |
