Intended use | Hematoxylin-Eosin Staining Solution consists of two staining solutions: 1. Hematoxylin Staining Solution: contains Hematoxylin, Potassium Aluminium Sulphate, Sodium Iodate, Anhydrous Ethanol, Glacial Acetic Acid, Distilled Water; 2. Eosin Staining Solution: contains Eosin, 80% Alcohol, Distilled Water.It is mainly used for staining cell tissues, using the interaction of two dyes, hematoxylin and eosin, to make the cell nucleus and cytoplasm stained with different colours respectively. |
